Okarche Roofing Chosen for the Long Run, Not Just the Bid

We handle roof replacement, roof repair, inspections, storm damage repair and gutters for homeowners in Okarche, Kingfisher and Piedmont. Before you decide anything, we show you what each option costs now, how long it should last and what upkeep it will need, so the choice still makes sense ten years from now.

  • Written line-item estimates
  • Photos of what we find
  • Honest repair-or-replace answers
  • Yard cleaned every day

Roofing Services for Your Home

Most calls start with a question: patch it or replace it? We answer that with roof inspections that look at decking, flashing and ventilation, not just the shingles you can see from the driveway. From there we handle roof repair, full roof replacement, storm damage repair after hail or wind, and gutters that move water away from your foundation. Each service page explains what that job involves and what drives its price.

  • Roof Replacement

A full tear-off and new roof, with each material option laid out by up-front cost, expected lifespan and the upkeep it will ask of you.

  • Roof Repair

We trace leaks and damage to the real cause, fix it properly and tell you plainly whether a repair is the smart money for your roof's age.

  • Roof Inspections

A shingle-by-shingle look at your roof, with photos and a plain estimate of how many good years it has left and what will need attention first.

  • Storm Damage Repair

Hail and wind damage found, photographed and repaired so your roof keeps doing its job for years, not just until the next storm.

  • Gutters

New continuous-run gutters, downspouts and gutter repairs, sized to the water your roof sheds and compared on how long each option lasts.

What Goes Into Your Roof Price

Two houses that look the same from the street can get very different roof quotes. The gap almost always comes from a few things we can measure or spot once we're on the roof. Your estimate lists each one separately, so the total makes sense.

We measure the roof, check the decking and details, then walk you through a written line-item estimate by phone. If something new turns up once the old roof is off, we explain it and get your okay first.

How big and how steep
The roof's square footage decides how much material we order. Steeper slopes call for more safety equipment and a slower pace, which raises labor.
The material you pick
Architectural shingles, impact-resistant shingles and metal differ in both price and how long they last. Impact-resistant shingles cost more at the start, and some insurance companies lower premiums for them, so check with your agent.
The decking below
Rotted or soft boards must be swapped out before new shingles go down. Often we can't see them until the old roof is off, so your written estimate lists a per-sheet price for replacement boards in advance.
How many old layers
Some older homes have a second layer of shingles. Removing two layers takes longer and fills more of the dumpster.
Flashing, ventilation and trim work
Chimneys, skylights, valleys and pipe boots each need careful flashing. Weak attic ventilation cuts shingle life short, so correcting it often earns back its cost.
Permits and scheduling
If your town requires a permit, we get it. Calendars fill up quickly in spring storm season, so booking early gives you more dates to choose from.

A Local Roofer Who Thinks Long Term

Roofing Okarche works on homes in and around Okarche, from older farmhouses to newer ranch houses. Our approach is simple: help you spend once and spend well. That means pointing out when a cheaper option will cost you more by the second hailstorm, and when it is perfectly fine.

We know a roof is a big expense and that most people only buy one or two in their lives. So we explain things plainly, answer the same question twice without fuss and leave your yard the way we found it.

Why Homeowners Choose Us

A cheap roof that fails early costs more than a sound one that lasts. Here is how we work so your money goes further.

More than 30 years on roofs
We bring 30+ years of roofing experience to every job. That time has taught us which shingles hold their granules after a few hail seasons, which flashing details leak first and where a repair is only buying a year or two.
Licensed by the state
We hold an Oklahoma CIB roofing license. You can check it before we ever set a ladder against your home.
Costs compared side by side
When there is more than one sensible path, we lay them out together: a repair now versus a replacement later, standard architectural shingles versus impact-resistant ones, a basic gutter run versus a larger downspout setup. You see the up-front price next to the expected life and upkeep.
No pushing for the bigger job
If a repair will carry your roof several more good years, we say so. We would rather earn your call when replacement truly makes sense.

How a Roofing Job Runs

You should know what happens on each day of the job. Here is the usual order.

  1. 1

    A phone conversation

Tell us what you are seeing: a stain on the ceiling, missing shingles, gutters overflowing. We ask a few questions and set a time to come out.

  2. 2

A careful look at your roof

We walk the roof, check the attic where we can and take photos of what we find. You see the same pictures we see.

  3. 3

    Options in writing

You get a line-item estimate, and where it makes sense, a second option with its expected lifespan beside it. Take your time deciding.

  4. 4

    The work day

We cover shrubs and protect the driveway, then tear off, inspect the decking, and install underlayment, flashing and shingles. A typical home reroof takes a day or two, weather allowing.

  5. 5

    Cleanup and walk-through

We run a magnet over the yard for nails, haul away debris and walk the finished roof with you.

What Homeowners Want to Know

Is a repair enough, or do I need a new roof?
That comes down to how old the shingles are, how far the damage spreads and what shape the decking is in. A younger roof with trouble in one spot usually just needs a repair. When shingles across the roof are brittle, curled or losing granules, repairs start piling up. You get photos and the price of each route so the choice is yours.
How many years will a new roof give me?
With good ventilation, architectural shingles often last around twenty years, and impact-resistant shingles tend to stand up to hail better. Metal goes even longer. Hail, wind and attic heat all cut into those spans, so we cover ventilation and materials in the same conversation.
Does insurance cover hail or wind damage?
It can. That depends on your policy, your deductible and whether a covered storm caused the damage. We photograph what we find and explain how a claim works, but the adjuster decides coverage. We're happy to be up on the roof during the adjuster's visit so nothing is overlooked.
Do you stand behind your work with a warranty?
Yes, a lifetime warranty. We explain how it covers your particular job over the phone and once more before we begin, so nothing is unclear when the crew shows up.
How do I find out what it will cost?
Give us a call. We schedule a visit, measure the roof and check the details, then give you your quote by phone with a written line-item estimate. You don't have to decide right then.
Do gutters actually affect my roof?
They do. Gutters that are clogged or too small push water back under the roof edge, rot the fascia and leave puddles by the foundation. Gutters sized for hard spring rain protect the roof and the base of your home, for much less than the repairs they help you avoid.
How messy does the job get?
For a few hours during tear-off there's noise and dust. We cover your plants, guard the driveway and put debris straight into a dumpster or trailer. Each evening we go over the yard with a magnet to pick up loose nails.
