About Our Okarche Roofing Company

We help you choose roof work you'll still feel good about years from now. That means looking past the first price to how long a roof lasts, what it needs along the way and what it really costs you over time.

Why We Talk About Years, Not Just Today's Price

A roof estimate is easy to compare on one number. The trouble is that the lowest number today isn't always the cheapest roof over ten or twenty years. A patch that buys one season, gutters that spill onto the fascia, shingles that curl early under hard sun. Those costs show up later, usually when you least want them.

So we built our work around a simple habit. When we look at your roof, we tell you what we found, what it's likely to need next and roughly how long each option should hold up. If a repair will carry your roof several more years, we say so. If you'd be paying for the same fix again next spring, we say that too.

We'd rather you understand your roof than feel rushed into a decision. Plenty of the people we work for aren't ready to replace anything yet. They want to know where things stand so they can plan and budget, and that's a perfectly good reason to have us out.

How We Work on Your Home

  1. 01

    Options side by side

When there's more than one sensible path, we lay them out together: a repair versus a replacement, or one shingle grade versus another. For each, we talk through expected lifespan, the upkeep it will need and what tends to wear out first. You choose with the full picture in front of you.

  2. 02

    Photos of what we found

We take pictures up on the roof so you can see the lifted shingles, cracked pipe boots or worn flashing for yourself. Deciding is easier when you aren't just taking our word for it.

  3. 03

Estimates broken out line by line

Your estimate separates materials, labor, tear-off, decking repairs and any permit costs. If we can't know the condition of the decking until the old roof comes off, we explain that up front and how we'll handle it.

  4. 04

A clean yard before we leave

We cover plants and walkways, pick up debris as we go and run a magnet over the yard and driveway for stray nails at the end of each day.

Where We Work

Okarche is home for us, and our crew also climbs roofs in Kingfisher, El Reno, Piedmont, Yukon, Bethany, Warr Acres, The Village, Watonga, Mustang and Hinton. Because we handle roof replacement, roof repair, roof inspections, storm damage repair and gutters, the same people can check everything from the ridge cap down to the last downspout. After a spring hailstorm, seeing it all in one visit helps you separate what needs fixing now from what can safely wait a season.
