Where We Work

Our home base is Okarche, and we regularly drive out to Kingfisher, El Reno, Piedmont and Watonga. Heading toward the metro, we also work in Yukon, Mustang, Bethany, Warr Acres and The Village, and west to Hinton. If your town isn't on this list but is close by, ask us when you call. We'll tell you plainly whether we can get to you.

The way we work doesn't change with the drive. We get up on your roof, look at the shingles, flashing, vents and gutters, and explain what we found in plain terms. When there's a choice between a repair and a new roof, we walk you through what each one costs today and how long it should last, so the decision still makes sense ten years from now.

What Shapes Roofs Across Central Oklahoma

  1. 01

    Hail and spring storms

Spring brings hail and strong straight-line winds across this whole stretch of Oklahoma. Hail can bruise shingles and knock granules loose without leaving an obvious hole, which shortens a roof's life quietly. That's why we check closely after a storm and explain whether the damage needs a repair now or simply means planning ahead.

  2. 02

    Heat, cold and ice

Long, hot summers bake asphalt shingles and dry out sealant around pipes and vents. Winter can swing from mild to an ice storm in a day. Those swings work at flashing and nail holes over time, so we pay attention to the small seals that keep water out, not just the field of shingles.

  3. 03

    A mix of home ages

Around here you'll find older farmhouses and town homes alongside newer subdivisions. Older roofs sometimes hide a second layer of shingles or tired decking, while newer ones may have builder-grade materials nearing their limit. Knowing what's underneath helps us price the job honestly and recommend materials that will earn their cost back.

  4. 04

    Permits and local rules

Permit requirements for reroofing differ from one town to the next, and homes outside city limits may fall under county rules instead. We check what applies at your address and handle the permit when one is needed, so you aren't left sorting it out.

  5. 05

    Gutters and drainage

Heavy spring downpours test gutters fast. Undersized or sagging gutters can spill water against the fascia and foundation. We look at how water leaves your roof and suggest gutter work only where it will actually protect your home.
